" If it swims, we have it "

The seafood market is a seafood restaurant which is located on Sukhumvit Rd in Bangkok. It's a very touristy place but a "must have experience". Its a massive restaurant and seats about 1500 people. And hey, its not your ordinary restaurant where all you have to do is order your food and KABOOM its there. At the seafood market, you actually have to do your own marketing. Confused?? Let the great one explain the concept.

Follow the instructions properly and you'll have a great time

1. You'll be approached by a very pretty attendant with a shopping cart..yup like the ones in shopping malls

2. Pick whatever seafood you want for dinner. The logo says it all, " If it swims, we have it".And believe me they do!From rock lobsters to king prawns to halibut!

3.Pick the vegetables you fancy for your side dish(you even need to choose your own onions and garlic) and fruits for dessert.

4.Pay for the raw materials

5. Choose how you want your seafood to be cooked

6. Enjoy your meal :)

The restaurant was filled with tons of camera-touting tourists and i must admit i was one of them too as i was really amused with the concept. However,i was very discrete with my picture takings as usual. The food was fresh and good but on the pricey side. All in all it was a good experience!
